14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, accessories, and hardware.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@peaklifes.com with your order number and reason for the return. For damaged or defective products, please include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, Peaklifes may provide a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance products.

• Customized or made-to-order furniture.

• Gift cards.

• Products that have been assembled, modified, or damaged through misuse.

Return Shipping

Peaklifes covers return shipping when the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product.

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size/color selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests are handled according to this Return Policy.
